A little taste of Noël at The Funghi Club

Our French-inspired Christmas menu brings together all the things we love about festive dining — beautifully prepared food, plenty of indulgence and a few very good reasons to stay at the table a little longer.

Start with Scottish smoked salmon wrapped around Royal Greenland prawns and warm blinis, Laurent’s pork terrine with green peppercorns, or wild mushrooms on truffle-buttered sourdough with a poached egg.

For the main event, expect proper festive comfort: guinea fowl ballotine with pistachio and mushroom duxelles, beef bourguignon with Pinot Noir and button mushrooms, salmon and leek mousse wrapped in puff pastry with lobster cream sauce, or our very own take on Christmas dinner — turkey paupiette with sage and onion stuffing, duck-fat roast potatoes, sprouts, cranberry sauce and turkey gravy.

And then, of course, there’s dessert. Our Funghi Club chocolate Bûche de Noël, a classic vanilla crème brûlée, or Brie de Meaux with quince paste and roasted walnuts for those who prefer their pudding on the cheesier side.
