A six-course celebration of the forest floor

Autumn has arrived at The Funghi Club — and we’re going deep into the woods.

For our October Supper Club, Chef Laurent is serving up a six-course French-inspired feast built around the extraordinary flavours of the season. Think wild mushrooms, delicate scallops, roasted salmon, slow-braised beef cheek, truffle and plenty of rich, earthy French indulgence.

This is the kind of menu that makes you want to linger over every course.

We’ll begin with Cappuccino de Champignons — a silky mushroom cappuccino dusted with fragrant cep powder and served with crisp baguette toast. Then comes Coquille St Jacques aux Girolles, pairing delicate Queen scallop with sautéed girolles and crispy sage.
