Laurent will take you on a spectacular seafood journey starting with canapés, followed by four inspired courses with specially curated wines to match each course.

Laurent has drawn on child hood memories and his Mothers recipes, of the flavours of France in the summer and of course looked to the ocean for the finest ingredients.
