October is prime mushroom foraging season in this part of the world and if you hadn't gathered from the name of Laurent's restaurant, he absolutely adores mushrooms. In fact, The Funghi Club started as a humble market stall selling hot mushroom buns.

Laurent will take you on a journey discovering Autumn's hidden jewels; experience mushrooms of all textures packed with umami and earthy aromas. The evening starts with canapés, followed by six inspired dishes with specially curated wines introduced by Kasia.
